My Story

How I work
I believe therapy should reflect your culture, your story, and your lived experience. We work with people from the global majority—those who are Black, Brown, Asian, dual-heritage, Indigenous, or racialised—and offer support that honours identity, neurodivergence, and the impact of systemic injustice.

Who I Work With:
-
Young adults navigating identity, culture, or neurodivergence (18–25)
-
Adults facing anxiety, burnout, or trauma (25–70)
-
Migrants adjusting to new environments
-
People feeling unseen in mainstream therapy
-
Clients seeking a decolonising, culturally responsive space
My Approach:
I offer:
-
Culturally responsive, trauma-informed support
-
Neurodivergent-affirming practice (ADHD, autism)
-
Decolonising and anti-oppressive frameworks
