About me

Friendly therapist wearing glasses, offering accredited integrative counselling and CBT with over 10 years of experience

My name is Anna. I am an integrative counsellor and CBT therapist (BACP accredited), and I have achieved the highest standards of training and ethical practice. I am a doctoral candidate in my final year of training as a Counselling Psychologist at The University of Roehampton. I am currently training in EMDR.  With over 10 years of experience, I have worked across private practice, charities, and the NHS IAPT service within primary and secondary care.

My core values are warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach. Having gone through my struggles, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly about what you’re going through.

I work with people from all walks of life, honoring each unique journey. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences may be shaping your present and work toward healing and positive change.

Difficulties I work with:

  • Anxiety and panic

  • Stress and burnout

  • Trauma

  • ADD/ADHD

  • Anger

  • Alcohol and substance misuse

  • Bereavement

  • Depression and low mood

  • Health Anxiety

  • Identity and life transitions

  • Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)

  • Neurodiversity

  • Relationship and attachment difficulties

  • Self-esteem

  • Self-harm

  • Narcissistic relationships recovery

My research interests include attachment, relationships, trauma, addictions, and narcissistic relationships.
