About me

My name is Anna. I am an integrative counsellor and CBT therapist (BACP accredited), and I have achieved the highest standards of training and ethical practice. I am a doctoral candidate in my final year of training as a Counselling Psychologist at The University of Roehampton.
I draw on person-centered, psychodynamic, and CBT approaches to tailor therapy to each individual. With over 10 years of experience, I have worked across private practice, charities, and the NHS IAPT service.
My core values are warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach. Having gone through my own personal struggles, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly about whatever you’re going through.
I work with people from all walks of life, honoring each unique journey. I believe a strong, trusting relationship is at the heart of meaningful therapy. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences may be shaping your present and work toward healing and positive change.
My research interests include attachment, relationships, trauma, addictions, and recovery from narcissistic relationships.
