About me

My name is Anna. I am an integrative counsellor and CBT therapist (BACP accredited), and I have achieved the highest standards of training and ethical practice. I am a doctoral candidate in my final year of training as a Counselling Psychologist at The University of Roehampton. I am currently training in EMDR. With over 10 years of experience, I have worked across private practice, charities, and the NHS IAPT service within primary and secondary care.
My core values are warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach. Having gone through my struggles, I understand how vulnerable it can feel to reach out for support. I offer a safe and supportive space where you can talk openly about what you’re going through.
I work with people from all walks of life, honoring each unique journey. Together, we’ll explore how past experiences may be shaping your present and work toward healing and positive change.
