My core values are warmth, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude. I offer a safe space to talk about any difficulties my clients are experiencing. I believe that professional relationship is at the core of therapeutic work. Therefore, I work together with my clients to gain some insights into how past experiences affect current feelings and behaviour and how to make positive changes in life.
