I offer individual therapy in a safe environment, where we can discuss the difficulties you are experiencing in your life.
During the initial consultation, I will try to find out a bit more about you and what are your goals or expectations from counselling. If you feel comfortable working with me, we can agree on a further number of sessions to meet your needs.
All sessions are confidential and last 50 minutes.

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is based on the idea that thoughts, feelings, what we do and how our bodies feel, are all connected. If we change one of these, we can alter all the others. CBT helps to notice patterns of problematic thinking styles or behaviour patterns so we can feel better.
Walk and Talk
Walk and talk therapy can be described as taking traditional counselling outdoors. It provides a way to support you whilst offering you the benefits of a nature-based lifestyle. It can be especially helpful to those who don't have the opportunity to be in nature very often or for those who thrive better when they do.
