Counselling

Counselling is about helping you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe space so you can develop a better understanding of yourself and others. It will help you to find your solutions -whether that's making effective changes in your life or finding ways of coping with your problems.

CBT

Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) is based on the idea that thoughts, feelings, what we do are all connected. If we change one of these, we can alter all the others. CBT helps to notice patterns of problematic thinking styles or behaviour patterns so we can feel better.

EMDR

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based psychotherapy developed to help people recover from trauma and distressing life experiences such as abuse, accidents, grief, or anxiety.

EMDR is based on the idea that traumatic memories can become “stuck” in the brain’s memory networks, leaving us feeling overwhelmed or triggered long after the event. Through a structured process, EMDR helps the brain reprocess these memories, so they lose their emotional intensity and become more integrated.
