I am an accredited counsellor and trainee Counselling Psychologist. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, professional ethics, and a trauma-informed understanding of psychological distress.

Research & Specialist Interests

My doctoral research focuses on trauma and its impact on practitioners, particularly those working with refugee and asylum-seeking populations. The research explores vicarious trauma and vicarious post-traumatic growth, reflecting my wider interest in trauma, resilience, and stress and burnout in both clients and clinicians.
